B: 1/2 bacon sandwich + tea = 300

L: salad + breaded fish = 300

D: chicken stir fry = 300

I think I am going to up my daily intake to 1200 cal a day as I don’t want my metabolism to slow. So I can treat myself tonight with something yummy!
