Day Seven- Do your parents know you’re trying to lose weight? Do they care?

Um not really, but they do know at the same time. They know that I am trying to make healthy life style choices. My mum makes comments every so often like “you’re looking skinny” & “don’t lose anymore weight” so yeah, I’d say she cares.

Day Six- Do you binge? If so, explain why you think you do.

I’d say that I have mini binges everyday. I HAVE to have a sweet fix of food else I can’t go on. In fact I really want to binge now, it’s tempting but I am just trying to keep myself busy and keep my mind focused on my goal!

I’m not sure why I binge thought. Perhaps I will come back to this soon.

Day Five- Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you?

  • I want to FINALLY get the body I’ve always dreamed of
  • Healthy body
  • Healthy/confident attitude 
  • Look GREAT naked
  • For Thailand/summer

Although I want to lose weight to impress/attract others I DO understand that my looks aren’t gonna be the only factor when attracting someone. But, if I feel confident I am sure it will reflect on my actions, resulting in me being more attractive. 

I am losing this weight for me. So I can get the body I’ve always desired

  • I wont be able to maintain my weight once I reach my ideal body/GW
  • I wont ever be satisfied
  • I wont lose the weight in the first place!
  • I will slip into an unhealthy lifestyle

This is my thinsperation.

  • not too boney
  • boob size
  • not too obvious collar bones
  • she looks confident

Day Two- How tall are you? Do you like your height?

I am 5’5” and perfectly content with my height, however, if i could make myself slightly taller/have longer legs I would, but it’s not the first thing I would change about my body.
